Nick focuses on the outside world: radio, press, media, release promotion and visibility.
He helps artists present their release professionally and bring it to the right people. No cold mass emails, but targeted pitching, personal follow-up, relevant contacts and honest feedback.
His role begins when the music is ready to be heard. From there, he makes sure the release reaches the right people, with the right story, at the right time.
Nick brings the artist to the outside world.

Wouter focuses on the creative core of the artist: sound, songs, identity, production, performance and live presence.
He helps artists turn their ideas into strong songs, a recognizable sound and a clear artistic direction. This can range from artist development and songwriting to music production, arrangement, studio recording, live band coaching and stage performance.
Wouter does not look at just one track. He looks at the bigger picture: who are you as an artist, what do you want to communicate, what should it sound like, how do you present it and how do you keep it authentic?
